Completed the upper surface of the wings, the leading edge outboard of the wing, and now building the ER fuel tank.

Mar 28, 2025 — Dimpling (4 hours)

Dimpling all the skins for the wing aft of the main spar top surface. Used a custom dimpling machine for the skins and a pneumatic dimpler for the ribs.

Mar 27, 2025 — Deburring skins (3 hours)

Deburring and chamfering all the holes for the wing skins.

Mar 23, 2025 — Disassemble for top skin (4.5 hours · Wings)

Removed top aft skins from the wings, spar, and ribs ready for deburring. Filed the edges for a better blend where the two top skins overlap.

Fitted ribs aft of the wing, primed all parts, match-drilled the top skin, and machine countersunk holes.
